Tomi Rekonen – Head of Enterprise Architecture
We’re delighted to welcome Tomi Rekonen to the Calitii team in his role as Head of Enterprise Architecture. With 26 years of experience in the IT industry, including 20 years in ITSM and 14 years specializing in ServiceNow across roles ranging from platform ownership to architecture, implementation, and programme management, Tomi will be instrumental in helping our clients navigate complex ServiceNow transformation journeys.
Tomi has successfully led multiple ServiceNow implementations in ITxM, HR, IRM, and full reimplementation and transformation programmes across highly regulated sectors such as finance, life sciences, government, and utilities. With a strong passion for platform governance and a focus on delivering high-value, user-friendly solutions, Tomi will enhance our ability to drive meaningful outcomes for Calitii’s clients.
Previously, Tomi was Head of Architecture at DXC, where he built and led successful teams, advising enterprise clients. In his most recent customer engagement, he acted as Head of Platform Technology for a leading pharmaceutical company, where he spearheaded architectural governance for a major re-platforming initiative.
Originally from Finland, Tomi is now based in London and is eager to help our clients achieve their ServiceNow goals.
